Position Summary

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop multi‑year strategy aligned to board goals and compliance.
  • Lead cabinet and manage performance, budgets, and resources.
  • Establish data routines for continuous improvement and transparency.
  • Oversee risk, legal, and crisis response; communicate proactively.
  • Cultivate partnerships with families, staff, and community.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s/JD; 7–10 years leadership
  • Budget, compliance, and strategy experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctorate or superintendent license
  • Track record in large systems
