Position Summary¶
Site-based leadership ensuring safe climate and high-quality instruction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities¶
- Supervise and develop staff; lead observation/feedback cycles.
- Ensure safe, inclusive climate and effective MTSS systems.
- Manage schedules, assessment, and data‑informed interventions.
- Partner with counselors/SPED for student supports and compliance.
- Lead family engagement and community partnerships.
Minimum Qualifications¶
- Administrator license (as required)
- 3–5+ years teaching/leadership
- Instructional leadership skill
Preferred Qualifications¶
- Turnaround/IB/AP/CTE/bilingual experience
- Trauma‑informed/restorative practices
Reporting & Work Conditions¶
- Reports to: Varies by district and role
- Supervises: Varies by role
- Calendar: Varies (school-year or year-round)
- FLSA: Exempt/Non-exempt (role-dependent)
