Position Summary¶

Key Duties & Responsibilities¶
- Develop multi‑year strategy aligned to board goals and compliance.
- Lead cabinet and manage performance, budgets, and resources.
- Establish data routines for continuous improvement and transparency.
- Oversee risk, legal, and crisis response; communicate proactively.
- Cultivate partnerships with families, staff, and community.
Minimum Qualifications¶
- Master’s/JD; 7–10 years leadership
- Budget, compliance, and strategy experience
Preferred Qualifications¶
- Doctorate or superintendent license
- Track record in large systems
