Position Summary

Site-based leadership ensuring safe climate and high-quality instruction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop staff; lead observation/feedback cycles.
  • Ensure safe, inclusive climate and effective MTSS systems.
  • Manage schedules, assessment, and data‑informed interventions.
  • Partner with counselors/SPED for student supports and compliance.
  • Lead family engagement and community partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Administrator license (as required)
  • 3–5+ years teaching/leadership
  • Instructional leadership skill

Preferred Qualifications

  • Turnaround/IB/AP/CTE/bilingual experience
  • Trauma‑informed/restorative practices

  • Reports to: Varies by district and role
  • Supervises: Varies by role
  • Calendar: Varies (school-year or year-round)
  • FLSA: Exempt/Non-exempt (role-dependent)
